Happy New Year

I've taken a writing break as I have been swamped with holidays, travel, work, and school. I have been exhausted and perpetually busy, but having a good time. I am still not smoking which I count as a victory. Eating and exercise habits have not continued to go so well.

I need to come up with a plan of attack that will allow me to be this busy and stressed without falling back into "I don't have time to eat healthy or exercise". I need to schedule my day in little boxes, and sadly even then, there's only 24 hours in a day, and I spend most of them commuting, at work, or sleeping. I wish I could skip the sleep part (or the work part), but since I can't...

My commitment to myself for the month of February is to practice stellar time management. I want to incorporate into that scheduling time to workout a minimum of twice per week. Baby steps. There is no excuse for not being able to find an hour a week for my health.
